Ross is responsible for production and the operations of our Riverton plant. If you have any product suggestions or problems or is you require a specialty product Ross is the man to talk to! Also, you can let him know about upcoming product requirements so that he can have your product ready when you need it. Ross also deals with the customs clearance of our products. Ross has been through customs quite a few times as one of his hobbies is to travel to far off places! He is also a collector of antiques and enjoys gardening and walking his dog amidst the wilderness in which he lives.

Lorelei has her own photography business and is kept busy not only with that but with her twin daughters, son and husband. She is always the first to volunteer for worthwile causes and her cheerful fun personality makes her perfect for her customer oriented postion. Lorelei deals with all samples, literature and our Point of Purchase display (POP) so if you need one of those she's your #1 contact. She can of course help you with any orders or questions as well.
